Our story began in 2020, in a city in the northern interior of Portugal, when Ana Carvalho, Tôsca's founder, returned to her homeland in search of a slower-paced life. After several years living in urban areas, she felt the need to return to her roots and explore some of her oldest passions. During the confinement months of 2020, Tôsca began to take shape in Ana's family home, where ceramics, painting, fabrics, and antique furniture coexisted daily. The whole family took advantage of this period to complete that forgotten or lost craft project tucked away in a drawer for so long. This was the fertile ground of Tôsca, which quickly went from a hobby to a business idea. With work experience in the fashion industry, management, and technology, Ana found in Tôsca a perfect support for her creative world, beginning a journey of (self) discovery. In 2021, she founded Tôsca as Tôsca Jewelry, initially dedicated to the production of jewelry in ceramics, resin, and stainless steel. The year 2022 marked the official registration of the brand, and in 2023, Tôsca evolved, expanding beyond jewelry to include the manufacturing of clothing accessories. Today, Tôsca represents a fusion of tradition and innovation, reflecting our passion for sustainable craftsmanship and fashion.
